A Message from your Chairperson

Dear Federal Colleagues:

Year after year, federal employees across the United States answer the call to support the Combined Federal Campaign. Last year, New York City federal employees raised over $2.588 million. Thanks to your exceptional generosity, many people benefitted from CFC supported organizations in many of the city’s neediest communities.  For the many people suffering from the loss of a job, who have been the victims of a natural disaster, or are suffering from a serious illness, the support given by these charities can be absolutely vital.

The 2011 campaign marks a very significant milestone for the CFC.  It celebrates 50 years of delivering the dream to millions of Americans through charitable giving.  The theme is “50 Years of Caring.”  I ask you to help make the 50^th Anniversary of the CFC a memorable one.  Please consider participating in the 2011 campaign.  You can choose from thousands of deserving organizations including local, national and international charities. If you participated in the past, Thank You!  If you are a first-time donor – Welcome! It’s easy to do through a payroll deduction.

The New York City CFC Coordinating Committee would like to recognize and thank the CFC Coordinators and Keyworkers who are so important to the success of the campaign. They are its heart and soul and it is through their efforts that everyone is given the opportunity to contribute.
